Don't Bother Me! I'm Emailing!

What has this child built? A computer! What is he doing?

One of his friends asked the same thing and he said "I am writing an e-mail on my computer. But I will talk to you in a couple minutes when I am all done."

Such creativity! Children learn so much through dramatic play. They learn how to create the props they need. They experiment with the fine motor skills they will be using soon. They learn how to concentrate. And they learn how to set priorities and communicate those to others. Never underestimate the power of dramatic play!
