Board of Directors
As a non-profit organization, CPSC is governed by a voluntary parent Board of Directors, elected annually by our parent community.
This dedicated group of eleven works in close partnership with our Executive Directors to steer the organization with a focus on strategic stability, financial stewardship, and forward-thinking leadership.
By balancing fiscal responsibility with a passion for child development, The Board ensures that CPSC remains a stable, nurturing, and quality environment for every family we serve.
Teachers
At CPSC, our qualified and experienced teachers are researchers, observers, and partners in a child’s learning discovery. Inspired and guided by the philosophies of Reggio Emilia and the RIE Approach, our team of 25 – 30 professionals cultivate an environment where children are seen as capable, resilient, and co-constructors of knowledge.
With a commitment to growth, CPSC’s teachers are lifelong learners who engage in continuous professional development to refine their craft. Whether teachers are providing a gentle, respectful diaper change in an infant classroom or facilitating a provocation in the preschool outdoor space, they ensure that every interaction is grounded in respect, reflection, and learning.
Administration Team
Behind the daily magic of the CPSC classrooms is a dedicated administrative team of five leaders with over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field. From navigating enrollment to supporting professional development for our teachers, the Administrative Team works with a behind-the-scenes grace, supporting the curation and evolution of our program’s environments where children, teachers, and parents can see and feel the high value we place on childhood.
Our leadership style is deeply intentional, bridging the gap between operational excellence and our core pedagogical values.
