We are delighted that you are considering CPSC for your child’s early childhood education. We strive to make our enrollment process as transparent and welcoming as the classrooms themselves.

Whether you are seeking care for an infant or looking for a preschool experience, we are here to guide you through every step of the journey.

 

Step 1: Discover CPSC – Tour

The first step in our process is experiencing our environments in person. We invite all prospective families to request a tour to meet our teachers, observe our educational practices, and feel the energy of our community.

 

Step 2: The Application

Once you’ve decided that CPSC is the right fit for your family, the next step is to submit a CPSC Enrollment and Service Agreement form with a non-refundable tuition deposit that is equal to one month’s tuition.

  • Waitlist: In the event that there is no current space in a classroom, you have the option to be placed on our waitlist. To be placed on the waitlist, there will be a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150. We will reach out to you when a space becomes available.

We accept applications year-round and offer placements as they become available.

 

Step 3: Welcome Letter

When step 2 is completed, we will send you a welcome letter and remaining required documents via Docusign.

 

Tuition and Fees

As a non-profit, our tuition rates are set annually by our Board of Directors. Every dollar of tuition is reinvested into our program, providing professional development for our staff and ensuring our facilities remain an engaging space for growth and discovery.

Maintenance fee: There will be a $33 monthly maintenance fee rather than a single yearly fee. Tuition and the maintenance fee will be visible in each month’s statement. 

 

(Dance and Soccer enrichment programs are classroom-specific and not included in monthly tuition).
